Topic: Want to reactivate Service
For what ever reason VOIP was unable to charge my active credit card on January 2nd, and several times after that. In the last week of January I contacted customer service by phone, indicating that I wanted to reinstate my service, and was instructed on how to input my new expiration date for my credit card, so that I could pay the past due amount. On 01-31-10 I paid the January payment plus late charge expecting my account to be reactivated, and the February charge deducted from my bank account via my active credit card.
The notice I received indicated that I needed to return the router, but I wanted my account reactivated, so I did not return the router.
On 02-16-10 VOIP charged my account for $65.00 for the router.
Please reactivate my account 177328 and credit the $65.00 charge for the router to my account.
