Topic: Additional $2.02 charge

I have paid for a year in advance, have 6 months left. The credit card i paid with is no longer valid, so the attempted random charge by voip is not going through.  Because I owe nothing this should not be a factor. There has been no explaination as to what the charge is for, and my phone has been suspended. I still have 6 months paid in advance! Why is my phone suspended? And what is the random $2.02 attempted charge for?

Although I have 6 months of service prepaid my account has been canceled because the credit card used is no longer valid. Once again this should mean nothing. The $2.02 attempted charge, no explaination for what, no customer support, wtf. Customers just get to post, no reply from the good folks at voip. WARNING READERS: Feels like $un Rocket all over again.
