Topic: Sip settings.
Why can I not get into my SIP settings on account 203220. I was told I would beable to use my own device. When I went to https://www.voip.com/cp/cp_serverconnection_routers.asp And it states, "Your account is currently not configured for access by 3rd party devices." Is there a waiting time to beable to see these settings. The adapter has been sent to my house, I got the email. When I asked on the phone when I signed up for this service, they said the sip settings will be avaiable after the adapter has been set up. What am I missing?
