Topic: Cannot call certain numbers

In the last 2 weeks I was not able to dial the following numbers anymore.  I always get the busy signal when calling these 2 numbers
- Vietnam: 01184835165014
- Verizon land line: 941-924-4531

jvn31, try the Verizon number again please.  I've forwarded the info on your int'l issue and will let you know something as soon as possible.  We've put a credit on your acct for the inconvenience this has caused.  Thank you

Verizon number is working fine now.  Please take care of the international number because I call that number very frequent.  You can look at my billing and see.

Sometime it go throught but when some one pick up then I can not hear any thing but noisy like weak radio signal

They are all of lengths where it appears conversations were held.  Are you still having this issue?

Yeah, I can call to VN now thanks,

But it seem sometime happen like that with Vietnamese mobilephone as the conversation to 3006 (07/25) that it connect ok about 15 minutes and happen like radio signal then I turn off . The conversation to 6944 it good for first but become choppy after about 10'

When I call that number with my cell phone I'm getting terrible sound quality.  Sounds like its underwater.  Don't know if anything I said was heard.

I can call to that number by calling card from my cellphone at night with clear sound and I also called to that number yesterday by my 857-7810 but just a few minutes then it happen again

lovetech, if this is happening to 1 cell number in Vietnam and I'm getting the same problem with my cell phone as you are with your ata then I''m not sure what can be done.

It happen with most the phone numbers I called in VN but sometime it 's OK for about 10-20 minutes

lovetech, I'll put in a request to look at carriers who handle calls to see if there is a problem with Vietnam.  When I hear something I'll post back.  Thank you

I need to  listen to a conference call each week and I'm unable to get through to 218-486-1600. I only get a busy signal as soon as I finish dialing. this was fixed and now it's happening again. if it's not fixted I will be forced to go to another company.

Cannot connect to any phone number in 907 area code.

Dear Mr. Tanaka,

I have not been able to connect via voip.com service for the audio portion of Internet remote-meeting sessions.  I have coped by using my mobile 'phone instead, but of course that uses expensive call minutes.

I have experienced this several times, but I failed to follow up.  Here is the latest case, as of 19:33 on 8/3/10:

1-712-432-0075 provides access to Microsoft's Office Live Meeting service.  With my mobile 'phone, the call connects quickly, and I hear a voice prompt.  Using voip.com, I wait a long time, but instead of connecting, I receive a slow busy signal.

Is there anything that you or I can do about this?
