Hi,
My account number is 206154, I have requested almost 15 days ago to cancel my account as my cell phone company has not permited me to use it. You may see my account activities, I have note used it even for a minute.
I am being charged for it. That is not fair.
Kindly cancel my account and refuns the charges.
