Every time I try to log in into my account online:

It doesn't display anything, I called the support team by phone and the guy was clueless about what could be the problem,

Is anybody here who could help me out and fix this problem soon (or at least point me how long is going to take to fix my problem) ?

I test with 5 different computers at different locations, and all gave me the same result, so I am 100% sure the problem is not on my side.
