dd, this is not even half of the info that was requested.  The sooner you provide all the info requested, the sooner this issue can be resolved.  What router make and model do you have and what happens when you connect the ata direct to your cable modem?  If we just replace an ata and that is not the cause of this issue then you are right back where you started except its a week later.

tgar, we apologize for the delay on this problem.  We are working on this issue but as of now there is no eta for resolution.

lovetech, if this is happening to 1 cell number in Vietnam and I'm getting the same problem with my cell phone as you are with your ata then I''m not sure what can be done.

mstang, please provide us all the info requested on the 2 links below.  Thank you

I don't see where your ata has provisioned here since 9/28/09.  Are you using our adapter?  If so please provide me with the last 4 digits of the mac address and please reboot your network to provision your ata.

chern, I called both numbers with my cell and they went direct to a vm box with no ringing.

When I call that number with my cell phone I'm getting terrible sound quality.  Sounds like its underwater.  Don't know if anything I said was heard.

giga, we do not currently have an eta on resolution for this but it is being worked on.  Thank you

avines, calls are hitting your acct and go direct to vm when I tested.  Please provide us all the info requested on the 2 links below.  Thank you

ps  I've put a credit on your acct for my error in not responding promptly.

No cinfra, the computer does not have to be on for the ata to receive a dial tone.  I've see your ata has been making contact here regularly doing the night.  If the red light is still flashing please provide us all the info requested on the 2 links below.  Thank you

animal, I did receive your email.  I've put a credit on your acct while we work to resolve the 607 issue.  Thank you

animal, I do know we are having issues with some numbers in 607.  If you'll click on my name you can send me the entire number.  Thank you

You have received an email on this issue.  Any further post pertaining to this problem will be deleted.  This topic is closed.

tgar, I don't see any issues with 2 of these numbers 6222 and 5987.  I've reset your account would you please reboot your network and try those again.  The other numbers we are aware of this problem.

You'll need to send back the black box, the power supply that connects to the black box with the barrel looking connector and the blue cable.  You can wait until you get the replacement and you'll see what comes with it to find out what you need to return.

Isaak, I've entered a request for a replacement phone adapter.  It will ship to the address you provided.  You will receive 2 emails  One letting you know how to return the old adapter and when the replacement has been tested and ready to ship you will receive another one letting you know replacement is on the way.

Please verify that the 911 address on your account is where you want a replacment shipped and that is correct.
