Topic: My Bill

I am writing to ask a questionn about my Softphone billing.  When I signed up for the plan, it was my understanding that i have unlimited minutes for 14.95 a month plus tax.  It still says this on my plan but at times I am being charged for going over my allotted mnutes.  I was charged over $43 this month. So, my question is why I am I being charged overages if I have unlimited minutes and if I so not have unlimited minutes, then how many do I have before I go over?

Last month you used 6444 minutes.  We consider residential service anything within 2500 minutes a month.  An a business line within 5000 minutes a months.  I have issued you a credit for the overages since you were unaware of this and if you will be using an upwards of 5000 minutes a month I would suggest switching to a business plan with us.
