Topic: My phone is not workinig (ringing busy)

My phone keeps ringing busy at times when calls come in.  This has happened  before and i am not sure what the problem is.  some calls come in and other calls get a busy signal.  Could someone look into this for me?  Thank you!

Seems to be working fine, I tried calling from my mobile phone (outside the voip.com network) and it goes through fine.  Is this still an issue?
