I use call forwarding on my softphone, and tried to change the number to which it forwards. When I look at my settings via your web site, it shows the new, correct number as the destination. But when I test dial it, it rings on the old number. I waited a week to see if the change would stick, and it does not seem to. Any ideas?

Now I get "Due to network difficulties, your call cannot be completed at this time. Please try your call again later."
I am still having issues. When I dial my number, the call drops immediately. It seems to not be going anywhere.
I am working on this now, in the mean time would you like another local number from the same town and area code to use?
