I have been requesting help for reactivation on my softphone account #183717. I called customer service last week and paid the balance and they said it would be on in 24 hours...the phone is still disconnected. I posted a request for help in the reactivation forum and guess what...still no help! Please help me get my line back up and going ASAP...thank you.

I show the account as active now. Is everything working ok?
The line is still saying that it has been temp. disconnected when u call. Please help find a solution.

I found the issue and I am sorry for the delay. Should be working fine now, let me know if there is anything else we can help with.
This is becoming rediculous...The line is STILL not working. The operator is now saying that the party is not accepting calls from this number. Please actually call the number and maybe u can resolve the issue. If there is a problem that you cant fix...please just let me know that. This is becoming such a waste of time.
Please change the number that you are forwarding to. It seems to be an issue with the provider you have for the number that you have the calls being forwarded to. I removed your forwarding number and put my own in and it rang through fine.
