Topic: Unable to Download Software

I have a Blackberry Tour.  I cannot download software for Mobile Line 2.  It gives me an error message.  Please help.

Did that...nothing happened.  Says, "Please stand by for call..."  Not doing anything.

Could you tell me the number you are attempting to dial, or is it multiple numbers?
