Hello Voip.com customer service,

I have cencelled voip account, after nearly 3 years of service. I have enjoyed the service all the time.
In dec 2009, I have cancelled the service on 8th Dec 2009 and sent all the voip.com equipment back to
the appropriate address with receipt of confirmation.

I am waiting for the refund of prorated  amount which i have paid towards annual subscription.
Please let me know when can i get the money
