I've been trying to get help with my account for a week now. It seems IMPOSSIBLE to get someone to actually help resolve issues. I have been requesting help for reactivation on my softphone account #183717. I called customer service and paid the balance and I was told that it would be active in 24 hours...the phone is still disconnected. I posted a request for help in the reactivation forum and guess what...still no help! Please help me get my line back up and going ASAP...thank you.
