I used *98 to access my voice mail. I heard the message stating the number of voice mails I have and instructions as to delete or save, but did not hear any of them. Also, I didn't know what the pass code was until I went into Voicemail Questions/Issues. Is there someplace I can learn about the options I have?

I am having the same problem. I enter 0000# and it says it is an invalid passcode. I tried resetting it through the Voicemail settings on the site and it says it was updated but still no access with 0000#
Well, apparently the password reset doesn't work, but I found away around it.
Enable the auto-login feature from whatever phone number you want to access it from.
Call your voip.com number from whichever number you have set for the auto-login.
Press * to modify voicemail options
Press 2 to change your voicemail password
Set whatever password you want it to be.
Voila! Now your password works.
