12/31/2009 1147hrs -  Still cannot make any LOCAL Calls to anywhere in Idaho. {This a a Notification Message for Tracking Purposes Only.}  I guess Voip.com will never ever get this problem fixed from the looks of it, {4+months} they don't seem to care if they loose good customers due to poor customer service and lack of good Company Structure to get things fixed in a timely manner if at all. Its a pity as voip.com was/used to be the BEST but now they are the WORST/rock bottom and have started to dig in the industry of voip carriers.

January 14th {2010} Moved to another Carrier due to Problem not Resolved in the State of Idaho for now over 5 months.
