I made a pmt of $34.48 by credit card on Dec 4th, 2009 to bring my acct current, and clicked the button to reinstate my service.  A couple of days ago, I was checking my credit card activity I found that you charged me $65.00 to my VISA acct on 12/22/2009. This prompted me to check my account online. Then I checked my email acct and saw that I received several emails saying to return the equipment and sorry to see you move!!!  Why??? What gives??? Is my account canceled?? or did you reinstate it when I made the pmt on 12/4/2009??? what is the status of my acct?? I would appreciate an explanation.

This is my second request in two days. I have another post under billing and payments that no one has responded to yet as of this posting.  Is there anybody that can answer my questions??? I would like an answer on this as soon as possible!!! Thank you!
