When I called VOIP regarding changing the name on my caller id they said I would have to get it taken care of through this forum - that the change would need to be made through the data base. I was told to post to "features/request". I have not received any response to my request. How long does it usually take? I did notice other topics that have also never received a response? Should I be posting my question to another area?

Topic: changing caller id nameI would like to change the name that appears to others on caller id to my husbands name. I have changed his name on my account, but it has not been changed in teh dateabase so is still showing up as my name. Please let me know if I need to provide you with any additional information? thank you - Lisa
