Topic: Need assistance for number transfer back to VOIP
I transferred my phone number to another vendor a few days back, but I would now like to move it back to VOIP.com. When I try to enter information for number transfer at https://www.voip.com/cp/cp_account_number.asp, it does not allow me to do it.
I get message
"There were problems with the following fields (marked in red below):
This number is already in the process of being transferred.
If you continue to experience problems, please contact us so we can help."
I contacted the support and they asked me to post the problem here in the Forum.
Please help. I need the phone to be switched immediately.
