Topic: Renewal without Notification Using Expired Card

Hello-

I just got notified by my bank that I was automatically charged for my account renewal. I would have appreciated a courtesy email letting me know in advance of the charge that it was going to take place. I would now like to switch my account to a month-to-month service, effective immediately, and I would like the difference in cost ($213 - $19 = $194) to be reapplied to my method of payment.

Thank you.

Hello? Does anybody monitor these posts?

Please contact me or respond to this thread by the end of the week so that I know that work is being done to resolve my issue.

Thanks.

If you would like to change your plan, you can do this in your online account.  Once your plan is changed, we will be more then happy to review your billing.

Re: Renewal without Notification Using Expired Card

Hello again-

I have cancelled my service with your company and have returned my phone adapter. I have tried contacting customer service via phone, but have not received any reply. As a result, I will be contacting my credit card company in order to reverse charges in the amount of $194 (as mentioned in my first post) to reimburse me for the difference in price between what I have paid and the price of one month of service.

I assume that you will delete this post, as you did to the post by dmlc99, because I mention that I will be requesting a chargeback and that makes this, according to your message, a "non constructive post."

Re: Renewal without Notification Using Expired Card

Your post will not be removed as it is not a non constructive post.  As stated, if you canceled we would be more then happy to review your billing.  If you have already started a chargeback, then this issue is out of our hands and will be settled with your credit card company.

Re: Renewal without Notification Using Expired Card

Shelly-

Would you please review my billing and let me know when I can expect a refund, and for much, to my card? I have not yet started a chargeback with my CC company.

Thanks.

Re: Renewal without Notification Using Expired Card

A refund has been issued, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to post.  You may view this in your billing history, online.  Should you have any further questions, please post a new thread.

Thank you
