Topic: Voicemail Not Working

I have had numerous people leave voicemails for me on our 720 area code line and none of the voicemails are getting saved. I get notified that there is a voicemail but when I check the website it is 0:00 with no recording. I have contacted each person who left a voicemail and they confirmed they DID leave a message. So for some reason the messages are not being saved. This has been going on intermittently for the last few weeks. There are several voicemails in my account with the 0:00 if they help you figure this out. Please advise...

The most recent caller also got the "Thank you" message after a short period of time when leaving the message... no message recorded.

Just happened again, another caller said they left a message on Saturday and asked if I had received it. I checked and there is a 0 second message on Saturday. Any response to this issue?

My voice mail is not working and my call forwarding is not working.  I have tried turning off the features and then turning them on again - but to no avail.  I rebooted the modem - no help.  How can this be fixed?

This is happening to me, too.  There is a record of a call from a number of some length, and the voicemail is 0.00 length.  What's up?

We have reviewed your account and show that you are receiving VM on your 720 line- if you are continuing to have a issue with your VM's then please let us know and we will review this issue further.
