Topic: SPA2102 power light blinks no dial tone
I have a T1 line the voip router power light blinks green the internet light is solid green and there is no dial tone. Is the router bad or do I need different settings for a T1 line?

Trouble, is the light on top a faint green and does it go direct to faint green when your repower? If so please verify the shipping address we have on acct is correct. Thank you

the address on my 911 info is correct. power light blinks the same from power on and after the internet light turns solid green. doesn't look as bright as the internet light.

T1 is new service and tested and working.
This is the setup
Adtran Netvanta 3305 T1 Router
HP Procurve switch 2824
Linksys SPA2102 phone adapter with router (power light blinks green with or with out internet, internet light is solid green)

Trouble, I Googled that router and do see it has an ALG option. Could you please disable ALG Sip and connect your ata direct to your router as opposed to running thru your switch and see if it will obtain an IP address. I don't see that you provided that info. And does it work direct to you modem which is the info requested in the second link I provided? Thank you

Adtran Netvanta 3305 T1 Router is not showing ALG Sip as running. The ip's are static on this network. Linksys was provided by voip.com and didnt come with a user guide so not sure of it's ip or how to access it.

I've changed the wan ip to static. How I get a solid green power light and a solid green internet light. Still no dial tone.

Trouble, please connect you ata in dhcp mode direct to your modem for testing to confirm your ata is good.
