Topic: HELLO IS ANYONE WORKINg????

I use to get a response when I called within a few minutes of being on hold.  I have tried to call two times in the last week and am on hold for EVER!!! As I write this email I have been on hold for over 40 minutes.  The recording keeps telling me "your call is first in line and will be answered next................"  BUT WHEN?????  I have never had any problems with my voip calls and the price is right but this is really getting bad if I can't speak to someone either by email or phone when I need to.

FUNNY??? Remember I said I was on hold while I was writing this email??? No sooner did I get done writing this email when I was hung up on by VOIP!!  Someone needs to answer me!!!

I have since learned that there is no real call center..The customer service calls are routed to employees working at home, yes at HOME!! This is also the reason that if you ask to speak to a Supervisor, you will not get one!! I was on the phone with a CSR for an hour and constantly heard him playing a VIDEO GAME in the background!!! This company does not care about us, only what money they can get out of us! That is made apparent by the Gazillions of complaints made here in the forum seeking help for problems with the service. Just spend some time reading some of the issues that people are having and see how they are being responded to and you will see what I mean..

My phone is not working at all. I just spent 1 hour and 42 minutes on hold from my cell phone, including at least 20 minutes as the "next caller" before it simply disconnected me.
