I call your help number and the person on the other end said I have to fill out a info form. WHY WASN'T I TOLD THIS WHEN I SIGNED UP ? Please get my number installed. 			<content type="html"><![CDATA[I have called Verizon and they have said that the number I am trying to transfer to my account (205384) is in limbo. I filled out the requested information for the transfer when I origionally set up the account on Febuary 5, 2010. When I spoke to the VoiP representative, he said that somehow, unkown to either of us the origional information on the request form is in the system incorrectly. The number requested 486-0004 was in my father's name (Neal Kohle) at Verizon with the same address as mine. This was one of the problems I had with Verizon that prompted me to get the VoiP in the first place as they set up the account incorrectly. I hope that someone can find out if this issue is "fixable".  I have told Verizon I will not pay the bill until the transfer is complete to ensure that the number is not given out.]]></content>

Transfer from 863-588-4006 to 863-471-0007...
It has been 2 months since I have requested for the number transfer. I have call centurylink they have released the number, it is delay from VOIP side to claim this number... centurylink have charged me for last month and VOIP should reimburse that money.
I need this transfer done immediately, otherwise I have to cancel my voip account.. I have great regret on my decision that why I transfer to VOIP... And from no where I am getting answer, operator from VOIP is not at all helping and asked me to write forum, God knows will any one reply to this or my number transfer is in air forever]]></content>
