			<content type="html"><![CDATA[I have checked the account choices I have selected for call waiting.  Though I do not have 'call waiting' selected as an option, I continue to hear the 'call waiting' notification during calls in progress.   Can you help diagnose this issue.   I do not want 'call waiting' on this account.
